Finance Manager

Your Role:

As the Finance Manager of our Saudi Arabian Legal Entity, you will lead our
local Country Services team and will report directly to the Regional CFO.

• Partnering with Saudi Arabia Leadership Team and interacting closely with other functions and the business.


• leading accounting (general ledger, reporting, AR/AP), tax, treasury, and other governance processes such as our internal control system.


• Oversee internal and external audit processes and act as a key contact for clients, internal customers, and vendors.


• Drive the improvement of Finance processes, including efficiency and automation projects.

Who you are:
* University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major
* ‎4+ years experience in finance and accounting within multinational companies or accounting firms, ideally with first leadership experience
* Experience in IFRS, accounting, and finance processes required
* Tax and internal controls knowledge is a plus
* Experience of working with the ERP systems (ideally SAP HANA)
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Culturally adaptable
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* A proven track record to work in a multi-functional, diverse organization with multiple stakeholders
