  • Description:
    IT Coordinator with ‎5+ years of experience is responsible for managing and
    organizing the day-to-day operations of an organization's technology systems
    and ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities
    include:

    • Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

    • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

    • Provide technical support to end-users and assist with resolving technical issues.

    • Plan and implement IT projects, including upgrades and migrations.

    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the use of technology systems.

    • Ensure data security through regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and security measures.

    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for technology services and products.

    • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends and assess their potential benefits for the organization.

    • Any Nationality with transferable IQAM from inside KSA
      The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science,
      information technology, or a related field, and have at least ‎5 years of
      experience in an IT coordination or support role. Additionally, they should
      possess excellent technical skills, communication skills, and project
      management skills.
