Project Management
*
Manage Customer HW backlog and roll-out projects.
* HW Revenue Commit and Inventory Management.
* Identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Coordination/Scheduling
*
Provide revenue and inventory commitments regularly to Management.
* Plan and manage inventory in accordance with customer requirements and revenue and inventory targets, including following tasks as keeping records on HW serial numbers for warranty purposes, inventory movement records, reconciliation report, conducting physical count quarterly, receiving/Inspection/Dispute of new arrivals, cost transfer & stock release.
* Manage On Time Deliveries to customers or local warehouses including such tasks as preparing batches (serialization, palletization), arranging delivery notes and GRNs.
* Update and maintain HW Backlog PRD Management and revenue commit tracking tools.
* Update and maintain SW Backlog including tasks such as sending SW and Hosted Solutions requests to Sales Ops, arranging delivery notes for SW and Hosted, deliveries of USB keys to customers.
* Document deviations to the customer contract using change control guidelines.
* Ensure that the requested site level deliveries are within the overall standard interval.
* Coordinate with other vendors as needed for delivery of equipment or services.
* Escalate issues with maintaining the rollout schedule, as needed, and manage to closure.
* Ensure any necessary billing data is provided to the appropriate parties.

Communications
*
Establishes and maintains communications with project team. A project team may
include representatives of the customer, sales, BU, Project Management,
Staging, Customer Services and any Third-Party partner(s).
* Coordination between the customer and WCS.

Basic Qualifications
*
Working experience in roll-out and/or project co-ordination or related
planning activities in co-operation with customers and suppliers.
* Very good English language skills in writing and business conversation.
* Above-average working knowledge with MS Excel, good working knowledge with MS Word and MS Power-Point.
* Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
