Technical Responsibility
Supervise on workers and distribute them among jobsites according to business
needs Secure the enough supply of necessary equipment's and tools for work. To
conduct surprise and continuous inspection operations at jobsites to ensure
the safety and the quality of construction work. To receive from technicians
different stages of jobs when finished. To make necessary surveys. To follow-
up receiving of manufactured material from suppliers. To follow-up with
preparation works at jobsites of his area. To handover all completed jobs to
maintenance Department and to clients. To attend all operations having
potential risks such as (up-lifting, downloading etc.)
And to analyze potential risks before commencing work.
To help technicians to implement all new methods in construction.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Prepare "Time-Sheets" for staff under his supervision. To read and to be aware
of all conditions of contracts under his supervision. Prepare manufacturing
orders, material requisitions, and material correctional documents. Take care
of daily financial dealings to fulfill work. Prepare reports for jobsite
preparation works under his supervision. Prepare records for dispatching of
equipment's Prepare records for transitional construction works. To stick to
the company estimated expenses for operations.
