You will lead the sales unit to deliver area sales objectives by category,
volume and value. Your role is to ensure execution excellence. Can you
control, motivate and train Nestl e's talented sales team towards achieving
excellence

* Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met
* Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives
* Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:
* Sales Achievements vs. Targets
* Sales by Category/Brand per unit
* Team Performance Records
* Customers Information
* Competition information
* To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team
* Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers
* Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals

المهام والمسؤوليات المطلوبة للوظيفة …
* مسؤول عن تحقيق اهداف التوزيع والتغطية وتوفر المنتجات.
* تطوير والتفاوض وتنفيذ ورصد خطط أعمال العميل بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة
* مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على تعقب وتحديث ما يلي:
* إنجازات المبيعات مقابل الأهداف
* المبيعات حسب الفئة / العلامة التجارية لكل وحدة
* سجلات أداء فريق
* معلومات العملاء
* معلومات المنافسة
* قيادة فريق المبيعات الميدانية وإدارته والتحكم فيه وتطويره وتحفيز اعضاء الفريق
* تطوير وإدارة علاقات تجارية بشكل فعال على المدى الطويل مع العملاء
مسؤول عن تطوير فريق المبيعات عبر التدريب على رأس العمل الميداني والتقييم
