POSITION
A Sales Specialist is to be an instrumental team player in the day-to-day
shop-floor functions within the boutique.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
* Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards.
* To further career growth and development within the brand through mastery of retail network practices and functions.
* To convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and by advising them on all product categories.
* To achieve sales targets (of the boutique and allocated department) through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele and product knowledge contributing to the global team performance.
* To monitor and communicate through regular reporting fast/slow moving items, client preferences, seasonal demands and other relevant information to management.
* To develop outstanding relationships with key clients and enhance the retail experience through superior customer service skills and product knowledge.
* Ensure the upkeep of the sale space and the image of the store and to offer feedback on ways to enhance visual merchandising of your department.
* Contributing to stock management in coordination with administrative team and taking cash and handling tax and foreign currencies when required.
PROFILE
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
* Arabic Speaker is a must.
* Pleasant and good grooming skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
* Outstanding customer service.
* Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
