Job Summary
The HR Specialist duties involve a wide range of support activities inside
HR department, from coordinating projects and maintaining our employee
database to handle sensitive information confidentially. An important part of
the role will be to act as the liaison between HR Department and employees
directly, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and
questions. Also assist in updating policies, processes and required
documentation.
Essential Functions



  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager by coordinating with Admin team and conducting an effective follow up.

  • Handle the medical insurance (Addition, Deletion and support in claims if needed).

  • Handle the GOSI accounts and run all necessary reports, changes and updates.

  • Acting as first point of contact for all employee's relations.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting relevant data from Department heads

  • Provide the required support in the recruitment cycle and onboarding new hires.

  • Assist and coordinate HR projects and new implementations (Saudi HR Fund projects)


  • Gathering information and share it with stakeholders whenever required.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education and Experience




  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.



  • Proven work experience as HR specialist/ assistant/ administrator.
    Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization programs.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communications skills in both Arabic & English.

  • Strong ethics and reliability.
