The In Room Dining Chef plans, organizes and directs the work of employees in
the In Room Dining kitchen responsible for preparing food for In Room dining
while ensuring quality and consistency.
K nowledge, Skills and Abilities
We are seeking individuals with proven success with three to five years
experience as In Room Dining Chef in a luxury hotel environment. The In Room
Dining Chef possesses a passion for cooking and eagerness to nurture and
develop a team of devoted sous chefs and cooks.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Creativity in menu development and design
Solid food knowledge
Solid communication and leadership skills
Passion for service
Strong interpersonal and team player skills
Highest level of integrity and work ethic
Ability to control labor and operating expenses
Work Authorization
