Overview
* Driving the Away from Home (AFH) FP &A core processes for AOP, Strategic Deep dive, Forecasts and quarterly close within the BU,
* Lead the development and presentation of AFH Performance Management reports to BU management,
* Ensure timely and qualitative submissions of AOP, forecasts and all other sector deliverables.
* Lead the development and presentation of all new and renewal of AFH contracts.
* Lead the FP&A OCF submissions for forecasts and AOP.
Responsibilities
* Drive the AFH financial planning cycle for AOP, Strategic Deep Dive, Quarterly forecasts and rolling forecasts.
* Custodian of all AFH BU financial reviews.
* Ensure adequate performance tacking decks are developed and keep those updated for changes as per BU management and analytical requirements
* Lead the end-to-end AFH contracting ensuring timely and accurate contract submissions to sector and corporate. Liase with all key stakeholders to ensure alignment across.
* Consolidate and submit volume forecasts to AFH director for review
* Coordinate inputs from AFH managers to ensure timely and accurate budgeting
* Maintain authentic AFH BU P&L databases with the right breakdown by market
* Partner with control on year end closer, Adhoc deliverables and insights into the AFH budget numbers
* Ensure financial plan are build up line with targets communicated by Sector.
* Ensure adequate financial models are available to roll up AFH category
* Ensure AFH governance over deliverables as per Sector FP&A calendar so that timely and qualitative submissions.
* Ensure BU management alignment is secured before reporting of AFH financials to sector.
* Adhoc commercial project financial support
* Lead the BU OCF consolidation and deck preparation to be presented with BU and sector CFO.
Qualifications
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders in the organization
* Excellent coordination skills among different functions and with finance planning team
* Leading a team of professionals.
* Strong Financial modelling skills
* Experience of working in planning/ reporting function of a large FMCG
* Sharp analytical skills and ability to manage large amount of data.
* Strong MS office sills and IT familiarity
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* 8-10 years of strong FMCG planning experience
