Overview
Assist the Associate Director Commercial Planning in driving Commercial
Finance agenda across Saudi, MENA Quaker and FLNA imports along with leading
the Volume to Net Revenue consolidation of Middle East Foods BU.
Responsibilities

Lead the Revenue and D &A forecast process for Saudi Foods business working in
collaboration with
Revenue Management and Commercial teams
* Build the financials for Innovations and work closely with Commercialization teams to come up with a
winning proposition
* Build, track and submit the innovation performance (Actual/Forecast) for sector submissions
* Lead the Revenue governance agenda by uploading the prices in SAP along with quantification of Pricing and Mix impacts for (Actual/Forecast)
* Co-partnering with Sales/Marketing function in setting up financial success criteria for
promotional and advertisement activities
* Deep dive and bring insights from actuals performance and work with the teams to quantify and embed opportunities
* Prepare Commercial performance review presentations and reports for BU/Sector reviews
* Review with the functional heads of the Net Revenue and Innovations progress & support in developing & implementing a corrective action.
* Support the automation of the planning and forecasting process which includes uploading the plan and forecast numbers into SAP BI.
* Upload and Maintain the Pricing masters in SAP and work on the harmonization across price zones
* Commercial Lead for SAP BI master data and allocations; work with cross functional teams to map
business design changes and fix allocation rules where applicable
* Prepare and review with CFO Profitability analysis for Channels, Brands and Price points and take
corrective action
* Work comfortably with the Company's local system SAP, BI, Accolade and Cockpit to build and track
performance
* Supervise with Finance GBS teams on all business deliverables and train them for business changes
* Work closely with FP&A and Supply Chain teams for providing Consolidated BU picture for
(Actuals/Forecast) and bringing efficiencies to the planning process
* Supporting the company's management in any other task/project as needed.
* Timely/quality submission of Actuals / AOP / forecast
* Business partner with the commercialization team to support them in the innovation tracking and
launching
Qualifications
*
Strong Financial modelling and PowerPoint skills
* Variance analysis report
* Periodical reports deadlines
* Preferable MBA/CMA/CPA/CIMA/CA/ACCA / Equivalent
* 5-6 years of FMCG experience in related field
* Strong analytical skills and IT familiarity
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Financial planning experience in FMCG sector
* Good knowledge of fundamental Accounting Principles
* Strong Financial modelling and PowerPoint skills
* Preferable MBA/CMA/CPA/CIMA/CA/ACCA / Equivalent
* Strong desire to Succeed and Highly Competitive
* Well organized, flexible on timings and adaptable and works well in a team environment.
