We are seeking an innovative and experienced Program Manager in Automotive
Finance to implement Lucid's Financial Services strategy and lead our
operations in the Middle East. You will work closely with our banking partners
and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to -end consumer finance
experience as well as competitive product offerings and overall success in KSA
and other parts of the region.

The Role

• Lead Financial Services operations and day-to-day activities with our banking partners in KSA and the Middle East.


• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual go-to-market plans, processes, and programs to support the consumer finance journey and competitive financial product offerings.


• Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and bank partners to execute on Lucid's marketing plans and sales objectives.


• Drive conquest and loyalty campaigns in conjunction with bank partners and internal marketing organization.


• Push innovation by exploring revolutionary products, solutions, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and profitability.


• Establish the necessary SLAs with our banking partners to ensure efficiency and alignment with our direct-to-consumer business model.


• Collaborate with legal and internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedure that support regulatory compliance.


• Develop and facilitate ongoing training internally to ensure comprehensive knowledge of our value propositions and product offerings.


• Prepare executive briefings including financial services operations updates, feedback, metrics and market trends.


• Establish a benchmark for Financial Services profitability including product take rates, budget, ancillary products, and any potential revenue streams.

Requirements

• ‎10+ years ' experience in automotive with knowledge of consumer and commercial loan, lease, and alternative finance structures.


• Experience in at least ‎3 or more of the following areas and working knowledge of the others:


• Financial products, commercial sales, remarketing, underwriting, pricing and compliance.


• BA/BS degree required.


• Extremely analytical with technical expertise in (auto) finance, economics, statistics.


• Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences as well as inform and educate senior executive team.


• Ability to think strategically, drive for results, build a high-performance organization, continuously drive innovation, and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives.


• Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong experience and track record creating something from scratch.
