* verview manpower planning and recruitment for Footwear and Fashion Division with 22 brands. -
* ecruit Sr. positions (i.e., Brand Manager, Operation Manager and Planner etc.) -
* anage 90% fill rate for all the brands for all the brands tally under your portfolio. -
* rganize overseas and local recruitment drive and manage Nationality matrix. -
* repare hiring status report monthly. O
perations: -
* nsure disciplinary and performance issues are addressed within 48 to 72 hours. -
* etting up effective communication between staff and department heads related to company policies and practices. -
