Human Capital Assistant Manager
Role Purpose:


The Assistant Manager - Human Capital is responsible for assisting the Human
Capital Manager for all Admin and Human Capital related responsibilities by
following all internal policies and procedures.


Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


Recruitment
* Support recruitment requisitions and coordinate with the Head Office to fulfil recruitment requirements
* Communicate internal transfers between business units and aid logistical requirements
* Participate in the on boarding and induction process for all employees
Employee Relations and Administration
* Address employee concerns; investigate grievances and take necessary action to manage employee relations
* Contribute to the efficient delivery of HC services to employees, in cooperation with the Head Office
* Aid in the implementation of policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety and security, for accommodation facilities in order to maintain adherence to organizational requirements
* Manage compliance of transportation vendors to agreed terms in line with established guidelines
* Manage employee uniforms and attendance in the stores and ensure proper related documentation
Training and Performance
* Assist in coordinating training programs with internal stakeholders and other training providers to ensure employee talent development
Human Capital Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
* Apply and follow MAF Retail's Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
* Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required


Qualification, Experience & Skills:


Minimum Qualifications/education*
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management

Minimum experience
* ‎2+ years in Human Capital Department
Skills*
* Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
* Good time management skills
* Good problem solving skills
* High attention to detail
* Business communication and presentation skills
