CBRE is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
Working as Finance Manager, you will be independently handling the accounting
and reporting tasks by applying cash and accrual accounting principles along
with local laws and tax regulations to prepare, analyze, maintain, and deliver
complete and accurate financial reports to management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Reviewing contract and related documents, issuing and accounting revenue invoices.
* Reviewing expense claims and supplier bills, accounting and processing payments.
* Ensuring that receipts, payments and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
* Submitting ageing analysis to fee earning department.
* Participating in Annual Budget discussions, including preparation, finalization and upload of the budget to ERP.
* Preparation and discussion of Revenue and Debtors Dashboards on weekly basis.
* Preparation, discussion and approval of payroll including all components of staff payments.
* Arranging Monthly government payments if any.
* Performing closing and reconciliations in the system on Monthly basis.
* Maintaining monthly forecasts and variance analysis.
* Working days wise submission of various reports to the corporate management.
* Handling WHT returns, VAT returns and annual audit done by respective service provider.

Communication Skills
* Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Financial Knowledge
* Requires a basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations including a basic knowledge of financial terms and principles to include accounting methods (cash, accrual, and full GAAP).
Reasoning Ability
* Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
* Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
Other Skills and Abilities
* Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
* Ability to work in ERP tools.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience
* Accreditation or degree from a two-year program with emphasis in accounting or finance required plus a minimum of 5 years accounting or finance experience required.
* Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
* Prior experience working with ERP systems would be advantageous.

* None
Languages
* Fluency in English, verbal and written. Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
Professional Certification/Licenses
* Driver's license (preferred)
