Job summary
This Immigration Admnistrator role is required to be bilingual (English &
Arabic), and will be part of Amazon's Immigration team. The basis of the role
is to support with recently established requirements in KSA for foreign
national employee's data to be entered into the Qiwa portal (electronic
platform that provides the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Services to enhance the electronic services provided to the labor sector).
Third Party Role for a period of up to six months and will be responsible for
accurately entering & submitting sensitive employment information via the
government portal.
Key job responsibilities
* Work with internal immigration team members to ensure all data is available
* Audit data to identifying any gaps and follow up with stakeholders where required.
* Inputting of foreign national's employment details into the QIWA portal.
* Provide daily updates on the status of updates to the QIWA Portal
• Understanding of sensitivity and urgency of data integrity and accuracy. •
Experience accessing the Qiwa portal.
