Our multi-disciplined finance teams support and improve business performance
while maintaining effective and robust control. We have teams working within
our retail divisions; reviewing financial performance, identifying trends,
spotting opportunities and supporting business planning and decision making.
In our Central Finance Team, business performance is recorded, reported and
analyzed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Finance staff also play an
active role in the review and enhancement of business processes and technology
usage.
The Role:
The Admin Assistant will report to and support a designated manager and
business function in order to achieve overall business objectives. You must be
able to prepare and update daily reports and KPI's for the management.
Additionally you will:
* Take full responsibility for dealing with customer complaints and queries
* Communicate with the store and the operations team
* Respond to phone calls and address customers' concerns in a professional manner
* Escalate issues to the management and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the given time frame.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
* At least one year's experience in an administrative support function.
* Customer care experience and good interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Good computer skills, especially in Excel.
* Arabic fluency would be an advantage.
