We are looking for a Regional LCS Project Manager to be based in Riyadh,
Saudi Arabia

Your tasks

• Ensure a successful delivery of LCS projects in terms of scope clarification, consultation during each project phase, project planning, onsite execution, reclamation management and project closure


• Maintain entire customer satisfaction by being proactive in dealing with all queries and managing urgent issues with highest priority


• Liaise extensively with internal teams (sales, dispatching, engineering, purchasing, finance…) in order to ensure trouble-free project execution according to the established work practices and procedures in place


• Communicate intensively with customers to initiate the processing of new LCS orders, monitor spare parts and change parts deliveries, plan the technician teams onsite


• Take the lead directly from customer sites when it comes to installation and commissioning of complex LCS projects


• Develop the LCS business portfolio by achieving a thorough understanding of customer and market requirements and identifying new opportunities


• Follow-up on pre-sales projects, revise budget quotations and finalize hot projects with the customers to achieve the sales target together with the Head of LCS


• Be in direct contact with the headquarter teams in Germany for additional support and clarification


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on the quality of delivery, timeline and budget


• Handle all delegated LCS Projects across the MENA area, including traveling to customer sites whenever require


• Actively participate to internal process improvement activities and continuously provide "lessons learned" from customer sites

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, project management or equivalent; PMP certification preferred


• Confirmed experience in project management (+‎5 years)


• Technical knowledge of packaging machinery / Krones equipment experience is preferred


• Working experience in GCC and knowledge of the beverage and/or packaging machinery market


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and negotiation skills


• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic and/or German is preferred


• Advance knowledge of MS Office and SAP


• Ability to work with different cultures, team-player


• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity


• Strong analytical technical skills with persuasive power


• No obstacles in travelling for business up to ‎30 % and be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For the first year, employee will have to spend most of his time in Dubai for training.
