JOB LOCATION: Saudi Arabia
Job Objective: Budget Controller works in the Finance function and assists
CFO to supervise progress and performance of Injazat budgets.
Day to Day Operations
* Establish/Improve standard Policy and procedures to guide the administration of organizational budgeting
* Develop and communicate Budget guidelines cascaded from Organization long term Business Plan and aligned with Annual Operating Plan.
* Prepare and communicate detailed Budget schedule plan (timeline, owners, outcome etc.). Monitor and drive execution of the plan. in line with shareholder timeline
* Identify business requirement to support the automation of Budgeting process
* Create initiatives to optimize organization's budgets and spending.
* Formulating and developing departmental and organizational budgets with relevant people and organizations
* Provide financial analysis and strategic input to facilitate high-level decision-making by management.
* Monitor and analyze spending patterns by categories and implementing measures to promote adherence to budgets and drive organization's forecast of financial performance
* Define Budget financial KPI's and cascade to Organization/Department level
* Reporting and explaining budget decisions to external stakeholders
Project Management
* Effectively communicate potential risk and mitigation plans to stakeholders/sponsors.
* Effectively utilize corporate PM methodology to establish and manage a project
* Conduct project and product health-checks
* Gain/maintain enthusiastic support from sponsors/influencers
* Build important relationships
* Successfully navigate organizational politicS
* Develop strategies and plans to manage risk
* Advise Injazat leadership on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization
People Supervisory
* Lead and empower high- performing teams and get them personally committed to the success of the company's strategic initiatives.
* Provide coaching, develop skills, deepen learning, and improve performance of employees and peers
Continuous Improvement
* Motivate one's own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
* Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
MIS & Reports
* Helps direct the design, development, testing and implementation of financial and reporting system updates and enhancements, including updated internal controls
* Prepare the organization's financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top executive management
* Analyze capability and service offering financials to determine performance.
* Perform sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of factors such as volume and growth fluctuations in cost.
* Investigate financial performance variances to identify business trends and forecast future financial activity.
* Provide support for preparation of annual budgets, by educating managers, developing financial tools/models, and preparing trend analysis and variance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
* Additional qualification required: MBA or CFA/CA
Minimum Experience:
* ‎10+ years of experience in progressively financial roles
* Experience in interacting with external/internal auditors and representatives of national/international financial institutions
Job-Specific Skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
* Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
* Solid understanding of IT service best practice
* Strong Customer Service Skills, verbal and written
* Excellent Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with difficult situations
* Strong Analytical and quantitative thinking skills
* Expertise in content management on social media and communications tools
