JOB LOCATION: Saudi Arabia ( Saudi Nationals )
Job Objective: Identify opportunities and assist in the elaboration of
technical solutions for our Value-Added Services to meet the client's
requirements. Analyses technical needs, business requirements and state of
client's pain points and required gains. To then design and propose an "off-
the-shelf" product or tailor made solutions when needed from the Injazat
solution portfolio.
Day to Day Operations
* Provide in-depth technical knowledge & solution expertise as a pre-sales resource on Injazat's solutions and main competitors
* Provide training to Sales teams to increase their product knowledge, understanding of market, customer behavior and how to differentiate Injazat in the market
* Hold in depth product presentations and demonstrations on Injazat solutions as well as overviews on Injazat partner/affiliated product offerings
* Understand relative aspects of a customer's IT infrastructure and its effects and dependencies on Injazat solutions
* Act as trusted advisor to the technical clients and their management through IT executive levels on h/w, s/w and services integration issues
* Be a solution evangelist and main speaker in terms of Injazat solutions on big external events, internal trainings and workshops for Partners & Customers
Pre-Sales
* Provides infrastructure presale support to internal/external team during bidding.
* Gather bid/user requirement from tender specification; evaluates and recommends new/upgrade of software and hardware to meet the project/tender requirement.
* Provides infrastructure architecture design through industrial best practices and standards.
* Provides infrastructure consultancy to internal/external team.
* Profound understanding of the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and their failover capabilities in a n-Tier Data Center Environment
* Keeps abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards and new software or hardware solutions to continuously provide proven, innovative, cost-effective and quality solution.
* Ability to apply experiences and knowledge into Infrastructure solutions
Budgets and Plans
* Recommend the budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.
Leadership
* Manage department's staff and teams by planning their utilization, communication, overseeing their performance, recruitment, training and development to ensure high levels of engagement and competence.
Continuous Improvement
* Motivate one's own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
* Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
MIS & Reports
* Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to department to meet INJAZAT's and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience:
* ‎5 to ‎7 years of experience.
* Minimum ‎5 years of Saudi experience preferred
Job-Specific Skills:
* Must have good technical skills and know-how to assist in technical solution selling
* Ability leading and conducting Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Demo activities to assist sales in closing deals
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (Tender presentation)
* Excellent documentation skills with fluent English for Technical write-up and proposal writing
* Provides technical guidance to junior colleagues in their work
* Application: Familiar with middleware products and their role on multi-tier architecture, broad understanding of the ORACLE and IBM suits and RedHat JBoss group of Middle-wares.
* Databases: Sound knowledge and experiences with different types of database products, replication technologies and (eg. Oracle, IBM DB2, MSSQL, MySQLs) and their role on multi-tier architecture in a multi-sites environment.
* Server: Sound knowledge and experiences on server virtualization and able to calculate the compute resources sizing based on project requirements inputs; good understanding of architecture components for all tiers, storage, back up and server security. General understanding of the major hardware platforms (Oracle Sun, IBM, HP, DELL, etc).
* Storage: Sound knowledge and experiences on storage networking and data replication, sizing requirements, implementations and SAN / NAS replication as well as COLD / WARM DR storage architecture. Preferably having a good understanding of FCoE, FCIP concept and theory would be advantage.
* Security: Preferably CISSP certified and familiar with the industry trends in relation to security solutions and best practices such as infrastructure hardening, endpoints and SIEM solution, advance threats and mitigation know-how.
* Cloud: Good understanding of Cloud Computing solutions with experiences in design, implementation and operation of IaaS. PaaS platform for various type of hypervisors. Essential knowledge in Micro-services architecture (Kubernetes)
* Essential knowledge of Government Infrastructure Policies and Implementation knowledge in Government Commercial Cloud and Private Cloud
