Responsible for identifying, analysing, monitoring and reporting on compliance
obligations arising from internal and external organizational-wide directives
1. Implements approved compliance methodologies, procedures and tools of
Compliance Division.
2. Identifies, analyzes, monitors and reports on the Organization compliance
obligations of arising from applicable laws and regulations and legislative
framework or from internal directives that organization operates in
3. Provides the Head, Regulatory Compliance and the Director of Compliance
Division with continuous update on Organization 's status of Compliance
Obligations Response Plans (CORPs) and report on levels of compliance with
organization-wide directives.
4. Identifies and analyzes compliance obligations and potential compliance
risks arising from laws and regulations applicable to the Organization.
5. Develops CORPs in coordination with compliance obligations owners.
6. Continuously coordinates and consults with concerned entities to analyze
the compliance obligations arising from laws and regulation applicable to the
organization, or from internal directives.
7. Updates compliance library with the emerging compliance obligations and
maps these obligations to concerned entities and processes.
8. Assists in the development of annual compliance assurance program plans,
and also preparation of Compliance Division's periodic reports.
Primary discipline:Master 's, or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business
Administration, Law, or other related discipline is required.
Secondary discipline:Bachelor's Degree in other speciality plus Master's in
primary discipline is required.
Seven (7) years of related experience or seven (7) years of experience [five
(5) years primary / two (2) years secondary] with Master 's , or nine (9)
years of primary experience with Bachelor's Degree is required.
