JBAndrews is partnered with a construction leader in Saudi Arabia. They are
searching for a Project Control Manager to join their team and work on the
project management services at their HQ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Role:
* Being the appointed management representative for Project Controls
* Managing all project controls activities across the organization
* Developing and coordinating regional policies and procedures for all of the project controls processes
* Ensuring that all project controls team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
* Managing Project Controls resources in line with budget
* Motivating and supporting Project Controls team members
* Providing appropriate level of training and career development across the Project Controls team
* Preparing guidelines, status reports, and presentations for Management
* Reviewing contractual obligations and ensure that the project execution plan, work plan and deliverables are in accordance with requirements
* Ensuring the project controls activities and deliverables meet the requirements of the project
* Assigning team workload ensuring timescales are adhered to
The requirements:
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject
* Significant track record of successful work
* APMP - Certified Project Management Associate
* Must have experience within Saudi Arabia
* Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
