Job description
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of the role is to manage specific client projects throughout the
whole project lifecycle, from project kick-off through project closing. The
majority being standard small
to medium sized regional employee survey projects for clients from various
industries. Assists lead project manager from other countries on large global
and complex projects. The ideal candidate will have project management
experience in the Business or HR Consulting arena, and experience in working
in the field of Employee Experience / Employee Engagement.

Primary Responsibilities
*
Ensure professional client interactions through seamless delivery of Korn
Ferry (KF) projects to clients mainly within KSA and UAE, but also across
other countries in the EMEA region
* Responsible for overall project management, following our internal Operational Excellence standards
* Based on the agreed scope of work create and maintain project plans with detailed timelines. Manage the project risks, budget, costs, resources, and quality of agreed project components
* Serve as primary point of contact for direct communication with the client, internal team members, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Lead regular client-facing project calls (drive preparation, agenda, meeting notes)
* Work closely together with the client on project phases and key decision making through guidance, training, and advisement on best practices
* Liaise with all members of the project team to assure the overall direction and quality of the project. Communicate with key stakeholders on the project status
* Support the project senior consultant on project advisory services (i.e. project design, communication design, reporting design, result interpretation and sharing). Coordinate materials production for advisory service deliveries
* Configure survey platform and advise the client to use self-service features in accordance with their business needs and survey requirements
* Prepare and communicate lessons learned documentation, following project debrief

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
*
Bachelor/Master in economics, business administration, social science,
psychology, or related
* ‎1-‎3 years working experience in project management is required, preferably market research, or survey background, ideally experience from working in IT or HR functions
* Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMI or similar) would be a plus
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
* Proven system affinity and technology savvy
* Highly analytical, structured, and logical with attention to detail and high-quality standards
* Able to proactively and effectively manage own time and tasks while comfortable with change and ambiguity
* Ability to develop a thorough understanding of the client's business, industry and needs
* Highly motivated, proactive, resilient individual with a strong customer service ethic
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and professional, credible, and confident style
* Strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach, able to work effectively in virtual teams and with different cultures
* Native speaker in Arabic, fluent in English, additional European languages would be a plus (preferably Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Turkish, German)
