Core responsibilities will be to implement marketing activities and product
launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the
Xylem Water Solutions organization to share market knowledge and business
opportunities.
* Mapping and analyzing the dealers in local country.
* Establishing good contacts with dealers and retailers
* Plan visits to various showrooms of distributors and dealers.
* Organize meetings with showroom mangers ,end customers, plumbers, pumps assemblers, farmers to promote Xylem products.
* Organize training with showroom mangers, end customers, plumbers, pumps assemblers, farmers to promote Xylem products.
* VOC surveys, coordinate with Xylem GCs.
* Planning and executing marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions.
* Hunt for new dealer.
* Implement Reward programs for dealers .
* Implement branding image for showrooms.
* Gather market information about different products
* Coordinate a weekly meeting to review department activities.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities,
License/Certification:
Required Qualifications:
* B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* 3 years or more of Pumps experience (2 years retail business is an advantage )
* Possess a working knowledge of pump or rotating equipment mechanical design.
* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and personal interaction skills required.
* The person must be able to communicate with the sales staff of dealers and retailers.
Experience in retail/dealer market is preferred.

* CT : management team at regional level, regional management (emerging markets)
* functional: regular collaboration with the EM Xylem Sales Management, Finance , Sales Support and Order Logistics

* Clients , End Users, Distributors , Dealers
Travel requirement:
Able to make regional travel
Other local requirement:
Compliant with the local immigration rules and regulations.
