Job Description:
* Regular reviews with the support services officer.
* Manages time efficiently with the ability to prioritise.
* Demonstrates genuine interest in the development of other staff members.
* Ensures all staff are aware of safety procedures
* Assist the support services officer to do weekly / Monthly closing of the branch accounts as per HQ
needs and make sure of smooth flow of all documents required by the functions
departments in HQ
and as set schedule.
* Backup the support services officer during absence / vacations.
* Establish and maintain an adequate filling system for different subjects and reports.
* Manage contact via HQ, Other branches and field teams.
* Arrange for any maintenance works required at the operations centre.
* Inspect the operations center "Offices & Accommodations" regularly and report it to the
management.
* Supervise the hygiene process within the operations centres.
* Supervise the site security at Operations Centre.
* Assist any employee that has a problem relating to the operations centre.
* Assist the support services officer for all vehicle management, repairs, insurance and capex
Requests.
* Assist the support services officer in all branch personnel affairs and update HQ functions
departments.
* Registering newcomers in Tawakkalna & Sehaty App in addition to Absher and follow up the covid-19
vaccine status and reports.
* Ad Hoc Duties / Projects as and when required by support services head.
Requirements
* Diploma or relevant degree.
* Very good in English language with strong IT Skills (Word, Excel and Power Point).
* 1 to 2 years in Admin role
