Responsibilities
* Design and own end-to-end the Last-mile strategy to meet commercial requirements
* Managing everything related to Nobaj last-mile delivery cycle, including in-house and partner teams
* Responsible for last-mile SLA success ratio
* Manage and improve fleet management practices and cost of operation
* Managing cash flow cycle with partners
* In charge of on-ground drop visits to shipping companies to ensure the quality of service
