This role will be a employee-facing role, working in a very dynamic and fast
paced environment.

To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to
problem solve, execute directions, and collaborate across many teams, levels,
and situations. Additionally, successful candidates will demonstrate:

The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to
"roll up your sleeves"
Solutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment which demands
strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive
appropriate solutions.

Effective internal customer service focus
Bias for action, dive deep, deliver results and earn trust
Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to support a ‎24/‎7 environment that has multiple shifts and a
significant staffing ramp during our seasonal peak in the fourth quarter.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes night shift,
weekends and public holidays.

Key job responsibilities
* Data entry to maintain correct daily business data
* Intermediate level analysis skills in a variety of systems including Excel files, PeopleSoft, and other miscellaneous reports
* Being first point of contact for employees regarding attendance, disciplinary actions, engagement activities and various HR queries
* Monitoring attendance and compliance daily
* Entering sick notes, vacation, absences and night shift on system and communicate entries to payroll partners
* Creating reports on a daily basis
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Psychology or similar areas
* Experience working in fast pace, international environments
