Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is advantageous.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
* Proven experience in a holding company, managing accounting and finance for multiple companies.
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
* Excellent analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills in both Arabic (native proficiency) and English (fluent).
* Familiarity with the Saudi market is a plus.
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
