Communications Trainee
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Assist in the coordination of Communications activities and projects;
* Provide administrative support to senior members of the communications team;
* Draft and edit basic communications material such as internal newsletters, emails and announcements;
* Assist in creating communications social internal platforms such as intranet, viva engage, etc..;
* Support in the planning and execution of events, including logistics and communications materials;
* Assist in coordinating with vendors and ensure timely delivery of event-related tasks;
* Help maintain organized records of communications materials and activities;
* Provide technical support for communication tools and platforms;
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content or presentations;
* Conduct basic research to gather information for communications initiatives;
* Collaborate with team members on various projects;
* Review communications materials for accuracy and consistency;
Qualifications:
* Undergraduate or post Graduate student in Business Administration, PR, Marketing or Communications;
* Good communication skills, soft skills and Microsoft office skills;
* Demonstrates flexibility in taking on new tasks and challenges;
* Learn how to grow within the role to contribute effectively to the team;
* Excellent in Arabic and English (reading and speaking).
