Reporting into our COO, you will be at the heartbeat of our operations in
Saudi ensuring the delivery of transformational experiences to our clients.
You are a dynamic, thoughtful and empathetic leader with proven experience of
guiding, developing, and motivating teams to meet performance targets. You
have a strong understanding of all aspects of events production, from handing
out gift bags, to managing the welcome desk to running the show on large
events.

The role can be based in Riyadh (valid work permit required). Hybrid working
is encouraged.
What you'll be doing
* Launching our new office in KSA and developing the team and operations
* Overseeing the country operations and our business in Saudi to ensure the desired results are produced and are consistent with our overall strategy and mission
* Day-to-day management of operations, planning and resources of the unit
* Accountable for all productions including MICE, EVENTS, INCENTIVES and more
* Resolving any country operations issues quickly
* Driving the team to deliver to the highest operational standards
Must haves
* Experience in managing multiple teams on multiple projects at the same time
* At least ‎5 years of experience in people and resource management in the event space
* Good knowledge of the corporate event industry in Saudi specifically
* Strong complex event production experience in all areas
* Fluent in both Arabic and English
* High resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Highly organised and methodical in process and protocol
* Well developed problem-solving skills both technically as well as on people side
