The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Sales Leader (m/f/*) for Pharmacy Channel at 3M Saudi Arabia, you will
have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of
the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
* Being responsible to achieves Sales target of CHSD division in Saudi Arabia in Pharmacy channel, Hospitals & clinics, Retail & E Commerce.
* Maintaining relationships with all channel partners, key pharmacy account, retail accounts, Hospitals at all levels in the organization
* Delivering operational objectives of MSL, Planogram adherence, planning and execution of trade marketing activities with key pharmacy accounts, new product Launches.
* Leading monthly S&OP meeting externally with distributors & incorporate forecast in internal S&OP meeting.
* Managing promotional activities for all customers through distributors including Flyer participation, Visibility agreement, trade deal, Consumer promotion, pharmacist training, etc.
* Checking Daily/Weekly POS Report from Distributors, identify gap & work on opportunities.
* Working closely with channel partners & their sales & marketing team, Supply chain, Finance, to grow distribution, visibility, ensure availability of stocks, healthy receivables.
* Managing distributor's merchandisers and train them on MSL, Planogram to ensure right visibility on shelf.
* Working with distributor's Medical Representative & promote CHSD products with Doctors, KOL & Pharmacists
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for
candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* University degree from an accredited institution
* Strong Pharmacy background & management of relationship with Key pharmacies account
* ‎10 years + experience as Sales manager/ Country manager selling FMCG products in pharmacy/ Retail channel
* Strong communication & presentation skills
* High Ethical standards
* Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and changing external environment
* Fluency in English & Arabic
