How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, in this role you will support the Commercial
Director in the definition of the local retail strategy and its implementation
to ensure long term strategic & commercial objectives are achieved in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the retail network. Your key objectives will be
ensuring boutique network performance, ensuring solid performance analysis,
maintaining close contact with boutique teams through regular visits and
sharing detailed reports with the Commercial Director. As a strong people
leader, you will foster a sense of ownership within the Boutique Managers to
be responsible for their boutique planning, staff allocation & will actively
participate in all hiring to ensure an optimize client experience. Your role
will be pivotal in fostering a sense of belonging at work, you will
collaborate closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a fair and
rewarding compensation for boutique teams to drive retention and performance.
While overseeing the entire retail network, you will build fair and equitable
relationships with mall management, partner sellers & omnichannel experiences.


How will you experience success with us?*
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in
English and Arabic
* with excellent communication skills to collaborate
with both colleagues and clients. You have a previous career working in retail
and fully understand the complexities of the retail environment and how to
operate a boutique from end to end. You have approximately ‎7+ years in retail,
luxury is preffered with a solid understanding of clientelling with the
ability to drive a client focussed strategy. You possess a Bachelors or
Masters degree with work experience in the Gulf and/or Middle East region,
direct experience working in Saudi Arabia would be a plus.
