Role Purpose


The Clerk-Inventory is responsible for handling inventory transactions while
updating, validating, and generating related data reports.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures set for inventory transactions.

  • Handle the local inventory system by processing change of prices, as well as exporting the related to the Point Of Sale (POS) in the shops.

  • Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure continuous system update with stock level and note discrepancies upon receipt of shipments.

  • Follow up and validate all inventory transactions for stores.

  • Monitor the COGs and consumptions closely and generate accurate reports on inventory, sales, and stock movement in a timely manner.

  • Visit shops to conduct spot checking, expiry date checking, run audit on recipes and physical take.
    Minimum Qualifications


Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent ; Accounting /
Finance is a plus.


Work Experience


Minimum : ‎1 - ‎2 years of experience


Knowledge



  • Experience in Inventory Software is a plus.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Analytical Thinking.

  • Attention to details.

  • Organizational and structural skills.

  • Time Management.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Language & communication skills


Excellent knowledge in English & Arabic Language.
