The Application Specialist North CC/IA for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is
responsible to support Beckman Coulter 's customers in northern region by
educating the end-users on BCI test menu and instruments and providing the
needed technical support, training, and troubleshooting. In particular we have
a large instrument base and three TLA that require an allocated application
specialist to be assigned for the quick response.
This position is part of the application department located in Northern
Region-Arar and will be remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to

You will be a part of the application team and report to the application team
leader responsible for application and technical support. If you thrive in a

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Solving application / product problems promptly and completely and could provide a more comprehensive solution to the customer based on technology
* Determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications
* Diagnoses and resolves technical issues (parameters, calibration, and quality control)
* Develops and delivers product training to end users as well as supporting field associates (sales and service)
* Conducting onsite training for the new installations and ensure Installed Base receives adequate clinical support
* Expanding the test menu and product portfolio of Beckman Coulter International
* Develop and support customer in regard to Validation, external quality control (RIQAS) and CAP accreditation
The essential requirements of the job include:
* B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences, medical Lab
* Diagnostic/ Laboratory experience is a MUST
* Fluent in English & Arabic
* Minimum ‎3 years experiences in Diagnostics-IVD
* Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required and Ability to build excellent relationships with the different stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, Distributors
* Clinical and commercial driven individual with Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Beckman coulter chemistry and immunoassay analyzers handling
* Validation process, REQAS and CAP accreditation experiences
