Account Manager - Insights - Qual

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Qualitative team.
You will engage with clients and team members, generating new conversations
to win business, collaborating with internal partners ensuring our client is
seeing the best of Kantar 's offering to achieve their growth ambitions.

We, as the Qualitative team within Kantar Insights, are lucky enough to work
with lead innovators and support them to truly embrace a more iterative and
agile innovation journey. Their business and the spaces where they operate are
going through wholesale transformation, and they need our support identify,
build, and launch significantly differentiated outcomes for our client getting
up close and personal with our client's consumers and audiences.
Roles and responsibilities:
Client Management:
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with Kantars clients, serving as their primary point of contact for qualitative research projects.
* Drive and grow business of at least ‎2 of the top ‎20 Kantar clients by becoming an indispensable client partner.
* Understand client needs, objectives and business challenges to provide customized research solutions.
* Proactively find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell domain to existing clients.
* Supervise client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly in line with Kantar's framework.
Insights Generation and Reporting:
* Analyse qualitative research findings to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations with minimal direction.
* Prepare and deliver engaging research reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and strategic implications.
* Actively participate in + apply Kantar's training programs around skills uplift.
* Strive to learn and master the domain assigned.
Team management:
* Be responsible for the growth of junior team assigned
* Support and be involved in junior team's career path plans.
* Ensure junior teams speedy upskilling around analysis, domain knowledge, client and category knowledge.
Project Management:
* Guide, collaborate and co-ordinate with PM teams to successfully implement projects.
* Ensure successful execution of projects, from project kick-off to final deliverables.
Business Development:
* Work closely with the business development team to develop compelling proposals, aligning them with client objectives and budgets.
* Contribute and take part in big pitch proposal writing, research designing, methodologies, and pricing strategies.
* Actively support and participate in Kantars BD initiatives (STEAL, SHEILD, ETC)
Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership:
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the qualitative research industry.
* Share industry insights and thought leadership internally and externally via Townhalls, whitepapers, Kantar BrandZ, conference presentations, etc.
