accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

This role provides an opportunity to working with management of all accounting
transactions, ensure prudent cash management, accounts payable management,
management and control of expenses, Closing books & submission of financial
Reports & operational excellence initiatives.
Primary responsibilities:
Management of all accounting transactions
* Develop and monitor appropriate execution and posting of all accounting transactions
* Making appropriate accruals for expenses as and when required.
Management and control of Expenses:
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Severance benefits computation and accruals for all departments
* Exercising control over Promotion and other expenses.
* Review and submit month-wise expenses Actuals
* Provide the Planning department with actual expenses analysis as and when required
Closing of Accounts /Reporting
* Perform the month-end close activities & closely monitor month end close checklist, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Submission of monthly closing reports
* Co-ordinate with other functional departments for expense accruals in order to ensure timely and smooth quarter & year-end closing to assist in the consolidation of annual accounts
* Assist in submission of WHT, ZAKAT & VAT Submissions with ZATCA.
* Support during the annual statutory audit, including preparation of financial statements, respective documentation and assistance during the audit process.
Accounts Payable Management
* Review and monitor the payment process.
* Management of payments to suppliers and other creditors
* Handling the Accounts Payable module and its reconciliation
* Communication and clarification of any queries and furnishing accounting justifications
Qualifications:
* CA/ACCA/ CPA/SOCPA or MBA with Big ‎4 Experience is highly desirable.
* ‎5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Possess 'Can do" approach, having high sense of ownership and urgency.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably experienced with SAP plus proficient with MS Office.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:
إدارة جميع المعاملات المحاسبية :
التطوير ومراقبة ومتابعة جميع المعاملات المحاسبية
اعداد المصروفات عند الطلب.
إدارة ومراقبة المصروفات:
القدرة على ضمان الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات
القدرة على احتساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة والمستحقات لجميع الإدارات
القدرة على متابعة على المصروفات الأخرى
مراجعة وتقديم المصروفات الشهرية الفعلية
تزويد قسم التخطيط بتحليل المصروفات عند الحاجة
اغلاق الحسابات / التقارير:
القدرة على اغلاق المتطلبات المالية في الوقت المحدد شهرياً ، ومتابعة القائمة
والمراجعة الشهرية قبل التاريخ المطلوب .
تقديم التقارير الشهرية .
التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لاستحقاقات المصروفات المستحقة من أجل اقفال الحسابات
الربع السنوي بشكل سلس وفي الوقت محدد وذلك لمطابقة الحسابات السنوية .
المساعدة في تقديم طلبات الزكاة وضريبة القيمة المضافة مع الهيئة الزكاة والضريبة
والجمارك.
الدعم أثناء المراجعة القانونية السنوية، بما في ذلك إعداد البيانات المالية
والوثائق والمساعدة أثناء عملية المراجعة.
إدارة الحسابات الدائنة:
مراجعة ورصد العمليات المالية.
إدارة المدفوعات للموردين .
التعامل مع وحدة الحسابات الدائنة ومطابقتها.
الرد علي إي استفسارات وتقديم إي تبرير المتعلقة بالمحاسبة المالية.
مؤهلات:
(CA / ACCA / CPA / SOCPA) أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال مع خبرة سابقة في Big ‎4
Experience .
خبرة اكثر من ‎5 سنوات .
يمتلك القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية وأتخاذ القرار .
إن يكون لدية خبرة في نظام (ERP)، و(SAP) بالإضافة الإلمام التام ببرامج
مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
