Position Purpose
We are looking for position of Senior Accountant, who wants to become part of
our diverse Finance & Accounting team. As the first point of contact for
customers on collections. Taking care of all the functions in finance not
limited to local taxes, Arabic accounting & above all being support to the
local business & consulting team from finance point of view.
Job Functions
* Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
* Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
* Preparing financial analyses and reports.
* Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
* Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
* Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
* Assisting with annual audit preparations.
* Ensure day-to-day expense operations
* Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
* Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
* Research and analyze expense variances for company management
* VAT / Witholding / Income tax experience is mandatory
Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
