he Accountant shall be responsible for receiving, verifying, recording &
processing payment for vendor invoices & employee expense reports and other
general accounting responsibilities as required; A
* pply and maintain the monthly closeout checklist to meet closing deadlines. M
* aintain a proper filing system for accounting documents. P
* rovide audit schedules and other documents necessary to complete the year-end audit. M
* onitor daily bank account transaction and balances. R
* eview vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals before payment. P
* rocess check and bank transfer requests. R
* espond to vendor inquiries. R
* econcile vendor statements, research and rectify discrepancies. P
* rocess and post expense reports. P
* repare monthly bank reconciliations. R
* econcile balance sheet accounts. P
* repare fund transfer requests. P
* erform other duties as required.

* Sc Degree in commerce or accounting. A
* minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounts payables. P
* roficient in Q uickBooks B ook keeping. A
