JOB DESCRIPTION


HR Intern - Cartier KSA


Purpose of the Role:
To perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily
activities.


HR Intern Responsibilities:


Onboarding/ Offboarding
* Support in the scheduling of new starter meetings and follow ups with L&D team to ensure all new starters are fully onboarded into their new role and have all the tools and information to be successful
* Draft HR announcements for all KSA new joiners and update KSA Org Charts
* Maintain an up-to-date data base of all new joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers to facilitate LE preparation
* Update the system (New Joiners & Leavers)


Operations
* Prepare HR Reports
* Provide administrative support to line managers during the HR processes, SAP job creations, transfers, SAP reporting
* Support in HR Daily Operations and Employee Requests
* Support in Daily HR Ad-hock requests


HR Intern Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Detail-oriented.
