Job Description

As a Digital Engineering Lead joining our technology practice you will take a
key role within our Digital Transformation offering, contributing toward
advisory, design and development of next generation platforms and solutions.
As a Consulting Engineering lead, you will join a team of diverse, broad-
thinking, polyglot technologists whose mission is to build product, advisory
and engineering capabilities within consulting organization that specializes
in Digital Business Transformation (DBT)
Your Impact:
* Engage in a consulting/advisory role providing executive level leadership around technology and overall CxO level support for digital strategy.
* Support clients in understanding the context of their solution in the broader digital ecosystem and communicate complex technical information in non-technical terms.
* Collaborate with clients to dissect complex problems and translate business requirements into technical solution designs, which may include contextual, conceptual, logical & physical views of the architecture.
* Determine feasibility / viability of solution proposals, evaluate build vs buy decisions, assess vendor solutions and create analysis of alternative.
* Design integration with existing / potential assets within client's technology landscape as well as external solutions.
* Perform solution architecture/design/solution reviews of existing systems or in-flight projects and communicate the findings of the review back to stakeholders.
* Coordinate with teams from different verticals to ensure customer solutions are designed and implemented according to a set of guidelines and best practices.
* Collaborate with other members of the engineering / architecture domain to align with the evolving state of enterprise architecture.
* Construct high level budgets and cross-functional roadmaps.
* Act in the capacity of coach or mentor to junior staff, enabling them to develop their knowledge and solution architecture skills.

Qualifications

Your Skills:
* To be considered for this position you will have ‎20+ total years of experience and ‎7+ of experience as a solution/application/enterprise architect with expertise across the following areas:
* Ability to create large scale architectures, estimate costs, manage dependencies and complexities.
* Current experience with enterprise applications, distributed systems, messaging, cloud, microservices and serverless technologies.
* Previous experience in coming up with digital strategy / program level architecture (multiple systems comprising an entire ecosystem).
* Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing, evaluating and procuring software for broad, complex enterprises.
* Experience on big data processing, data pipeline, IoT, machine learning and AI processing methods.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and within the team.
* Excellent written skills and ability to document architecture (large program) design.
* We are looking for Arabic speakers or candidates who are willing to relocate/travel to Saudi Arabia.

Additional Information
*
Experience developing for major cloud platforms, including Azure, Google
Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
* Expertise in datacentre (on-premises) and cloud deployment of solutions using DevOps.
* Knowledge of release and configuration management, networking & infrastructure management tools for on-premises and cloud hosted environments.
* Knowledge of cyber security, application security, information security, IoT security and network security.
* Working in an agile environment (scrum and/or kanban).
