Job Description
* Developing and update procedures for handover.
* Provide leadership of the Handover Team in the development and implementation of the handover procedure. .
* Development and implementation of the Handover Guideline including Handover Deliverables List Register, template for handover plan, template for initial handover meeting agenda to assist the handover team and Area Delivery Teams to track and monitor the Contractors activities during the handover and close-out process and to ensure that all required handover documentation is prepared in accordance with Project Handover Procedural Document.
* Assisting the Area Delivery Teams by guiding them through the handover procedure and ensuring a successful issue resolution to properly hand over and close out projects to the end user.
* Monitoring the overall handover and close-out of the project.
* Identifying issues impacting compliance with successful delivery to cost/scope/schedule.
* Ensuring that any issues that could potentially impact successful handover/project close-out are brought to the attention of the appropriate teams.
* Follow up with the Construction teams to obtain a realistic handover plans for each package of the project.

Qualifications
* ‎15 Years of Experience
* Successful track of close-up projects
* Bachelor Degree in relevant Discipline
* Mega or Giga Project exposure
