As we continue to evolve our organization in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for
a new Finance and Operation EEMEA to join our team.
The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for managing financial and
operational systems, processes, administration, and internal controls in
support of the organization's mission.
Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to
business strategies while breaking down the barrier between accountancy and
management to support business objectives and corporate growth.
Providing financial insight and guidance to support decision-making across the
organization.
Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions
related to financial operations.
Your main responsibilities:
* Prepares Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts
* Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggests methods of improvements as appropriate.
* Oversees the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities ensuring for the correct and timely internal and external reporting for Tax, Balance Sheet and P&L.
* Weekly and monthly follow-up on customer open orders, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of customer and patient needs in alignment with monthly target.
* Project Management mindset to help plan and execute various expansion plans with the region.
* Owner of the tender forecasts and make sure that:
* all stakeholders are aligned, with a full tracking schedule
* ensure that orders are received / shipped on time
* Tenders preparation support, tracking actual vs contracts.
Your profile :
* Bachelors Degree in Finance as minimum
* Professional certification in accounting / finance
* 10 plus years of relevant experience
* Business Partner mindset
* Experience working in a matrix organization
* Knowledge of US GAAP
* SAP knowledge
* Advance Microsoft office skills
* Able to perform and meet deadlines
* Business English, fluent Arabic is required, French language is a plus
