* chedules kick-off meeting(s) with relevant parties to initiate the submission preparation process. P
* repares, assembles, and issues technical and financial proposals, pre-qualifications, presentations and proposal clarifications. L
* iaises and coordinates with multiple parties, including but not limited to JV partners, sub-consultants, the company's internal departments and other regions. C
* ompleting and maintaining company registrations and licenses on client databases. M
* onitor various tender portals routinely to identify any contracts relevant to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes. P
* erform other tasks as requested.

* A or B.Sc. degree in a relevant discipline. A
* t least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably with the construction consultancy industry. P
* revious and/or current experience in KSA preferred. I
