Project Manager (Retail Shop fitting/Arabic Speaker)

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Project
Manager for a well-known client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that specializes
in Retail Shop fitting to oversee each project from sales handover through to
successful delivery and installation if required. The successful candidate
must demonstrate strong leadership principles, and an ability to work
effectively with a variety of team members including senior management.

Part of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

* Attend hand-over briefings with sales team and clients
* Organize project schedules with production and warehouse team
* Reviewing stock availability at project commencement
* Prepare purchase orders for powder-coating
* Prepare purchase orders for non-stocked components
* Liaise with suppliers and overseas procurement team for incoming shipment ETAs
* Maintain communication with client at all stages of the project journey
* Arrange shipping and logistics arrangements for outgoing projects

• Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously


• Deliver projects on time and on budget


• Achieve tight deadlines for large corporate clients


• Experience in managing retail store rollouts is essential


• Ability to establish work schedules


• Ability to manage suppliers and sub-contracted trades to strict schedules


• An aptitude to develop, establish and nurture client relationships


• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills


• Precise attention to detail with a proven track record of following through on projects


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, clients, estimators, production managers and staff at all levels


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment


• Willing to travel overseas if required
