Overview
JOB PURPOSETo representative, facilitate and expedites company & individuals'
transaction with the authorities and tosupport all the transactions thought
the online and manual governments services.
Responsibilities
Expedites government agencies transaction & interacts with government
officials related to theprocessing of paperwork required to complete the
transactions. Perform transactions through E-government services and manual
visits if needed. Liaising with relevant offices regarding government
relation task and build and develop a goodinterpersonal relationship with
external governmental/ministerial consulate bodies. Preparation the required
documents before visiting the required government agency. Maintain and follow
up with expat residency to be renewed and up to date to avoid any penalties.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good relationship skills.
Experience of 5 years working with Ministry of Labour & Social Development,
Passport Dept., GOSIand other government agencies and offices Ability to keep
accurate records High/middle school degree Computer skills. Ability to
speak, read and writes Arabic fluently, and English with reasonable ability.
