Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Senior Plant Engineer to join its
industry leading manufacturing team. You will partner with well experienced
and growing manufacturing team who produce chemical solutions for their
customers locally and globally.
The candidate of this position will be working in a manufacturing plant in the
2nd Industrial City in Dammam & will be responsible of all of the engineering,
design, and expansion projects related to the manufacturing facility & to work
with the maintenance team for the routine and preventative maintenance
activities.
What You Will Do:
* Manage the routinely required preventative maintenance activities done by the maintenance team.
* Responsible of leading the engineering related, expansions, and process improvements projects.
* Responsible of ensuring all of the manufacturing equipment 's including the blending vessels, pumps, chillers, boilers, etc.. are fully functional and being maintained on time.
* Able to read, create P&ID's for the plant and it's related projects.
* Able to work on SCADA system, and other PLC systems.
* Full understanding of the fluid dynamics to ensure full process efficiency through the manufacturing lines.
* Work hand to hand with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations by ensuring all of the equipment's including pumps, vessels, boilers, etc are the best fit for smooth operations.
Position Details:
This position is based in Dammam
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
* Year of experience from ‎4-‎6 years of production plants experience. Including, continuous improvements, expansions, and preventative maintenance.
* TPM or Six Sigma projects experience.
* Fully understand P&ID's and able to create AutoCAD drawings and P&ID's.
* Experience on PLC systems preferably SCADA.
* Experience with SAP or ORACLE.
* Basic Electrical Engineering Background.
* Chemical Production environments experience is Preferred.
* Team management and building skills.
* Extensive experience to build preventative maintenance program.
