Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Supervisor -Site within Civil Materials
testing operations in Dammam

In this role , you will provide technical expertise to our efiicient team of
Civil testing technicians and liase with clients and technical consuatnts ,
striving for ‎100% customer satisfaction

This role will be based in Dammam , KSA

Responsibilities:
* Plan daily operation for execution as per agreed time lines with customers and provide technical expertise to the team
* Train the technicians on the job requirements and handle civil material testing when required and strive to achieve ‎100% customer satisfaction by providing timely reports and apt technical advice
* Be abreast with the latest developments in the field and coordinate across site labs while staying in line/ahead with the budget
* Represent the site laboratories in project and client meetings
* Plan and Manage department employees leave with minimum effect on the operations ,assigning, and directing work, appraising performance,motivating, recommending rewards and disciplining team members, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts
Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Civils or related science discipline with a minimum of ‎5 year of experience working in a laboratory in the field of civil construction testing, at a Senior technician level
* Experience in setting up, calibrating, operating and maintaining civil testing laboratory in line with ‎17025 requirements
* Good supervisory skills along with communication skilss in English
* Aramco approval along with driving license for KSA , mandatory for meeting the role requirements
