Site Supervisor
At Flex Living, we believe renting a home should be as easy as buying an item
from Amazon, this means ensuring our guests have an abundance of choice and
flexibility to cancel if their plans change. We aim to help landlords stop
paying excessive management fees and help renters live and work comfortably
anywhere in the world.
Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months, and have
already launched Flex Living in multiple cities worldwide. You’ll be joining
us during a very exciting stage of development within our company as we launch
Flex Living in Dubai.
About the role:
As site supervisor, you would be the most senior member of our ground
operational team. Your daily tasks would be varied but your main
responsibilities would include:
* Property Refurbishment + Maintenance
* Manage multiple contractors across multiple apartments in the delivery of painting, decorating and refurbishment projects
* Quality Control on all projects
* Providing training to new members of staff
* Ordering supplies including equipment and furniture
* Coordinating photoshoots of completed properties
* Assisting with maintenance and guiding the maintenance team on the delivery of repairs
The salary we are currently offering for this position is AED 3,216 per
month
