* Experience +10 years in doors & hardware installation.
* Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
* Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
* Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
* Outstanding leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
* educate construction workers on site safety practices and evaluate employee performance.
* supervise construction workers and subcontractors,
* Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
* Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
