Scope and Purpose:
The HR Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the
human resources department and administrative tasks related to MBCC.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all HR-related and MBCC support
functions are carried out efficiently and effectively, and to provide
outstanding customer service to employees, assist with a variety of HR and
Admin related tasks.


Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining
files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees,
including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,
conducting background checks, and processing new-hire paperwork.
Process administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement
plans, and paid time off.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues, such
as company policies, benefits, and performance management.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable
laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist with employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and
investigations, as needed.
Enhance processes and provide ideas to streamlines the HR & Admin processes.
Provide reports related to HR and admin in weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the GDSACT, MBCC, and HR Business Partner.


Job Requirements:
Degree from a recognized University.
‎3 years of experience in HR administrative role.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of HR & Saudi - related laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
