Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to strengthen our Flow Control team in
Saudi Arabia.
Your mainly activities will be:
* Sales of spare parts and services
* Grow the spare part sales as well as services sales in the assigned territory/accounts.
* Day-to-day after sales services
* To participate in all daily after sales service needs (claims, warranty, product training, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, technical support, customer demonstrations etc) in co-operation with our local sales agent, authorized service partners (ASP's) and other Neles offices.
* Training (service, smart products etc) of local sales, ASP's and customers.
* Smart technology product customer demonstrations & presentations.
* Operating the workshop and demo units.
* Follow up of field test units.
* Installed base business
* Collect the information on to local installed base map.
* To update and maintain local project data book library.
* Participating annual shutdowns, and to execute necessary action.
* To execute installed base audits (in co-operation with sales).
* To ensure spare part quotations for all new projects (in co-operation with sales).
What you will need to be successful in the role:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering
* Technical ‎3-‎5 years' experience in similar field
* Knowledge of Valves / Flow Control products.
* Customer oriented approach
* Willingness to travel
* Driving license
